Due to the sensitive nature of live animals and the potential stress of transportation, all ferret sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for live pets unless the return is due to an error on our part or a health issue that is verified by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery.
All ferrets are sold healthy and free of known diseases at the time of sale. We offer a 48-hour health guarantee from the time of delivery. If you believe your ferret is unwell:
