Due to the sensitive nature of live animals and the potential stress of transportation, all ferret sales are final and non-refundable. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for live pets unless the return is due to an error on our part or a health issue that is verified by a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of delivery.
All ferrets are sold healthy and free of known diseases at the time of sale. We offer a 48-hour health guarantee from the time of delivery. If you believe your ferret is unwell:

Provide documentation from a licensed veterinarian within 48 hours of receipt.
If a verifiable health issue is found, we will offer a replacement ferret or a partial refund at our discretion.
For pet supplies, accessories, or other non-live products:
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Orders for ferrets must be canceled within 24 hours of placement to be eligible for a full refund. After that time, a cancellation fee may apply.
